Welcome to Imbu, a brand owned and operated by Sri Herbasia Biotech Private Limited (“Sri Herbasia”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and all other applicable policies published on the Platform. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform.

• Users must be competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

• Sri Herbasia reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if any information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sri Herbasia Biotech Pvt. Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates against any claims arising from:

• Breach of these Terms

• Violation of applicable laws

• Infringement of third-party rights
   

14. Delivery Terms

• Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout.

• Orders are generally delivered within 5–7 working days from the date of dispatch, subject to location and courier partner performance.

• Delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond control, including natural calamities, strikes, logistics issues, or force majeure events.

• Users must inspect products for damage, quantity, and expiry at the time of delivery.
   

15. Cancellation, Refund & Replacement
Cancellations, refunds, and replacements are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, available separately on the Platform.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
The courts located in Amritsar, Punjab, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
