Domestic (India)

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹399 within India. Free shipping eligibility may vary for remote or non-serviceable locations.

Delivery Timeline: Orders are generally delivered within 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier serviceability, and unforeseen circumstances.

Order Processing: All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days, subject to product availability and quality checks.

Courier Partners: We partner with trusted national courier services to ensure secure and timely deliveries across India.

Shipping is currently available only within India; certain pin codes may be unserviceable or may attract additional charges.
Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email, SMS and/or WhatsApp, allowing you to track the shipment in real time.

If you do not receive tracking details within 24 hours of dispatch, please reach out to our support team.
Important Information

If the shipment status shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please notify us within 24 hours of the delivery update. Claims raised after 48 hours cannot be processed as courier partners do not accept delayed Proof of Delivery (POD) disputes.

Delivery delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, government regulations, or unforeseen events are beyond our control, and Sri Herbasia Biotech Private Limited will not be liable for such delays.

If an order is returned due to incorrect address details, refusal to accept delivery, or multiple failed delivery attempts, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.

In case of a refund due to return-to-origin shipments, original shipping charges (if any) will be deducted before initiating the refund.
